Pre-Collect Letter Service
Collection Data Service has an automated system to generate letters that are customized with your own unique message. These letters can direct payments to either your office or ours.

Skiptracing Services
Utilizing the latest in technology allows Collection Data Services to locate your customer and collect from them. Our technology includes a database, updated nightly, that uses sources from census reports to bank applications to collect individuals current phone numbers and addresses.

Constant Employee Training
Collection Data Services is constantly training their employees in The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, The Fair Credit Reporting Act and The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. As representatives for your business, it keeps our employees honest, up front and educated.

Credit Reporting
Accounts are reported thirty days from the date they are listed in our office if the account is not paid in full with three different credit reporting agencies - Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union.

Attorneys
Our office retains a prominent local attorney; Jerry M. Engle. He is well versed in collection issues and has proven his effectiveness with increased recoveries for our clients. We strive to produce results without using the court and extra expense, while remaining conscious of the effectiveness of the legal system. We will at no point try any “strong arm” tactics that are unfair or at worst illegal.
